Idk why but a string just snapped on it after only an hour of play. I sanded it a bit more. Then i put on an okd string, to test it more. The string that snapped was a blueprint btw. Idk if its because of the string that it snapped or some other reason.

Sometimes you just get a bad string, especially with bulk string.

Too early to tell- i think so. There are no tears or anything on the string yet.

IDK either; 1000-grit isn’t the finest you can get, but the first round of sanding worked…!? I would have thought if there WAS any residual roughness, playing it would have finished smoothing it out. You could always take the denim to it now that the 1000-grit has done its job.
Not sure what other reason there would be. Where does it snap exactly? In the transition from the catch zone to the response area?
