Yeah, sorry for confusion. I made this video last month using a yoyo from 1999.

In 1999, it was sold as a hyper yoyo from Bandai.  
You can see “Bandai” on a cap of it.

Maybe half hyper-warp half hyper version of hyper yoyo. The side shown in the video is definitely a yomega.

Bandai bought the yoyo from Yomega and sell as a Hyper yoyo.  
It is also written “Bandai” in the lowest line on the cap but it might be too small to read.

Hey should have done more to make it there own. I guess yomega was a known brand back then.
