Vega runs one of the very Best eateries in the Eastern United States. General Yo says his place make the best ribs around!

He doesn’t have time for Birthdays.

He just glances at the Calendar/smiles/looks in the mirror for gray hair/ and gets back to work.

Happy Birthday, regardless.

I’ve never known a nicer guy.
