Size has nothing to do with how it will it will perform.
I can do Ladder Escape and White Buddha on bigger yoyos actually.
But a good undersized yoyo should be the G-Funk.

I’ve also heard that the Smooth Move by Spin Dynamics is a great undersized throw. I can vouch for the Cafe Racer with personal experience.

The Minute feels more like a mid-sized at almost 53mm.
Truly undersized? My favourite is the Supra. Followed by the Monkey Fist for stability and Smooth Move for agility (but it does not tolerate slop). Followed by… Y-Factor!
I’ve played a Messiah and it was great, but I don’t count it in my little ranking because I didn’t have a huge amount of experience with it. My initial reaction was that I still prefer the Supra.

My fav is the Y Factor. I also LOVE the RT by Turning Point. The Messiah is another hands down champ. The 1st 2 Spin Dymanics yoyo’s the Smooth Move and Monkey Fist are also stellar.
Spin Dynamics is doing another run of the Monkey Fist too… Look out for that!!
