Hey, what v-shape yoyos under 60 bucks and with flat cups would you guys recommend? ---

Flat cups? You mean non-hollowed out cups? I would say the One Drop Benchmark V, except I am unsure about the cup thing. ---

I second that Quash. $40 gets you a very smooth and amazing throw! And you can push it to be fast! ---
