which is more recommended for starting offstring SLIM bearing or REGULAR bearing

I have the YYJ go big. It comes with a speed bearing. It’s the smaller bearing in most YYJ throws.

slim bearing is generally for more crazy regens like what ben conde does. (that’s why the go big comes with a slim bearing in it)  
regular bearing is more for complex string tricks, but it’s a bit harder to do regens with.

for starting off, I’d probably go with a slim bearing. more responsive and easier to get back to your hand.
