Has any one ever made a glass yo-yo? Obviously it wouldn’t be for people who don’t hit the ground but…
I think I would look really cool!

Back in the day I had a clear acrylic yoyo made by Landen Balk (one of my biggest trade/sale regrets). That thing looked just like a piece of glass it was beautiful and functional.

Really nice. Landen did mods and turned stuff out of acrylic. He was gifted for sure.

This fully playable yoyo, made of glass, participated in the 2010 Word Mod Contest.
It was one of the four brought by the team of Ettore Ferro and the first place was won by the Bistocracy
