# Genesis vs. DV888

Right now i’m trowing a DM and would like to pick one of these up. I’ve read reviews on both and can’t decide.

If you want a big yoyo like your Dark Magic, get the Genesis.

If you want to try something out, and want a smaller yoyo, get the Dv888.

Yeah, both are great yoyos (probably the two most popular new YYFs). The Genesis has kind of a weird shape (called an H-Shape), but is still similar in size to your DM. The DV888 is smaller than your DM and has flat rims.
