If I can get one before they sell out, it’s traditional for me. I just can’t justify getting a pyramatte finish when there are options. Awesome that there ARE options, though! Not too often you see a release like that.

Huh? I am just getting a picture my dates are wrong lol. I have a secret friend that will get it for me when is nats? So maybe it won’t be next week I am confused about dates often. But I always get excited about the wrong dates (gee thanks for bursting my bubble lol!).

Ah lol sorry, thought you meant you had just ordered it and it was being shipped to you now. For a moment I was thinking there was some secret Prestige-selling yoyo store or something!

Got these in the mail the other day! Angular, great for horizontal, mid weight, oversized, dead smooth, looks great, doesn’t want to go too fast or slow, and it’s stable… Promo video dropping soon! Hopefully by Sunday.

Yeahhh it’s a little discouraging to know that there seems to be a VIP system in which certain forum users get to pick it up early. I understand it for team members, and for close friends, but this whole system makes me think I’ll skip getting the Prestige. This secret-group feel has me a bit soured on General-Yo.

No VIP system Ernie’s really nice and I have known him for over a year now buying his products. I don’t know why you wouldn’t want to get a Prestige just because of this. Seems silly to me. God Bless - Moefv

Here is the super secret way to buy a yoyo…I sent an email to Gen Yo and asked, he told me the price and I paid. This is a small company with small runs, you don’t always have to go thru a storefront to buy things. Search this thread, this has been explained multiple times. You are going to miss out on an incredible throw with your uninformed decision.
Just having a little fun, not attacking. There is no special club, just a great small business that takes care of his eager customers.
Get a Prestige, you will not be disappointed.

Lol dude all you have to do is Email Ernie. I had never spoken a word to him, emailed him when he had pre pro Majesties and he sold me one. There is no VIP system it’s called asking. Please don’t make assumptions.

Maybe I should have been more diligent in reading 58 pages of posts to get to the bottom of it 😛 but yeah I guess I shouldn’t take 2 forum users’ words for it. I get that there’s also… like, you want to keep it ‘secret’ in the context of a yoyo store’s forum, so the admins dont get mad at you working out ways around shopping here.
Anyway my sour mood has been lifted, definitely not going to hold it against Ernie or General-yo. I’ll admit to being too quick to judgment.
