# FS Offset Outlier Prototype and 2nd Run

I have a college project that I been putting off, finally have gotten time to work on it, but I will need some extra money for parts.

It pains me to sell the Outliers, but I have to do what I have to do.

Both yoyos are mint, the prototype has two tiny flat marks, which it came with. It does not affect its playable. Also, the Outlier is signed by Brandon Vu which is the black mark on the yoyo.
