It started out great but some edits are going a little too hard. I definitely think avoiding mentioning anything that any random browsing the site might mistake as something endorsed by YYE should be a golden rule here. ---

Honestly someone really did make some kind of bearing/swivel contraption years ago that actually did release string twist. I think it was fishing gear. Used to be pics on the forum somewhere. Was never sold, but it’s been done. ---

I made the stupid mistake once of asking what SF stood for on facebook. I had to ignore my own post within 10 minutes of posting it cause I got sick of the flood of smarta\*\* replies I was getting. \>.\<’ In my defense…I legit didn’t know any better and thought it was going to be a super easy answer lol ---

Nah man, it’s all in good fun. The type of people who judge a topic based on the title and not content aren’t serious enough to worry about. After seeing the topic, getting interested and realizing that you got trolled is all in the fun. Until we truly get an interested newbie who just doesn’t realize this is a joke, I’m still behind this thread 100%. And even after that may happen (kids know the internet), 99%. Don’t be so uptight about it and enjoy getting jostled every once in a while.
