# Front Style Looping Bind

Does anyone know of a tutorial for this front style looking bind or know what its called?

Happens about 14 seconds in. I know a similar looping bind side style but can’t seem to get the timing on this one right.

Just a flip over bind. For frontstyle. Instead of a normal front bind there’s a flip before the bind. Maybe I am misunderstanding the question.

I might just be overcomplicating it - I can’t seem to get the bind after the flip consistently and keep the flow of momentum. I’ll keep at it : )

i figured it out - I kept throwing too high after the swing like when I do the same type of thing side style.
