Can I use silicone adhesive sealant as an alternative for the glass sealant one for response system?
If not feel free to suggest an alternative for the Permatex that’s available on YYE store. Keep in mind that the Permatex isn’t available at the moment at my local warehouse store.

basically any silicone sealant will work. Use what you can readily obtain in your area.

Thanks dude! I was concerned only about the adhesive one since it is used for bonding. So it can be removed later on as the windshield sealant am I right?

I would suggest looking for 100% silicone if you can find it or “RTV” (_room-temperature-vulcanizing_) Silicone.
Many caulks and other sealants may have some questionable additives that may cause skin irritation. Stuff to look out for are things like anti-fungal agents, heat & fire resistant additives, latex based (some people are allergic to latex).
