I’m just trying to wrap my head around this.
Your beef with OD, is that it irritates you that they don’t use a non-Konkave form of centering bearing in their yoyos, because they do it out of respect for Frank’s invention, and you think that respect is misplaced?
Also, you feel like Frank doesn’t deserve to have rights to something that you say he didn’t actually invent, and you don’t like how it has held up the innovation of others? All this means is that most of all it upsets you to see money go to Frank, as result of his patent?
If the above is correct, I’m not sure why you get so upset with OD for choosing to only use flat bearings? I could better understand you getting upset if David said they choose to honor Frank’s patent by only using Konkave bearings in their yoyos.
Choosing to use flat bearings puts no money in Frank’s pocket!
