# First time replacing silicone response... Help?

i don’t think so. thats caulk. and to my understanding, its pretty hard.

correct me if im wrong.

You could use that, but [something like this](http://www.permatex.com/products/Automotive/adhesives_sealants/sealants/Permatex_Flowable_Silicone_Windshield_and_Glass_Sealer.htm) would be better and easier to do.

Sounds good. Some Ace stores don’t have it, but any auto store (like AutoZone) will have it because it’s used for windshield repair.
