# First Regen

Any suggestions on an easy first regen?  
Probably from a side mount.  
I’m trying to extend my combos.

one of the ones that easiest for me is when you bind just let the yoyo pass your hand and regen off of that.

So then it shoots out the other side of the side you binded on?

Ok I figured it out.  
I was trying to regen the wrong way.  
I didn’t realize it reversed the spin.
