# fiesta xx help

hey  
so whenever the yo yo lands on the string it snaps and dies out  
i tried lubing it with thin lube  
i also tried different strings  
plesz help

Lube will just make it even worse… Try cleaning the bearing. (look that up in the modification section)

Yes, clean the bearing and DO NOT lube it. If you are going to lube, keep this in mind:

WAY less is actually WAY MORE.

Also, work on your throw and catch. Let the bearing break-in. If you need to break it in faster, it’s a C-sized bearing. Put it in your favorite 1A throw and play it for a few hours, then put it back in.
