# Feedback for LX\_Emergency (One of The Best!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ _ **HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST TO DO BUSINESS WITH!** _

Oh, man—where to begin. @LX_Emergency and I arranged to do a trade. Some various throws for my kids and I, in exchange for a Chromebook I had that wasn’t getting used. We both figured it would be no big deal. We were very, very wrong.

The difficulties we had, could have been avoided if I ever had cause to ship something with a Lithium-Ion battery over seas since leaving the Army. On the day I tried to ship his item, I learned that USPS will **NOT** ship items with Li-on batteries, only UPS, FED/EX or DHL will. I also learned that it’d be cheaper to make a human sacrifice to the Old Gods to do so.

The entire time, @LX_Emergency was nothing but professional, courteous, understanding and patient while we worked together to come up with a solution. What was meant to be a simple trade, became a bit of a nightmare due to my lack of knowledge with regard to international shipping restrictions.

Ultimately, it was his most recent idea that we agreed on—a win/win that took our individual situations into account. **5/5 Stars!** _ **He responded to messages as soon as he was able, communicated clearly, shipped quickly, and was simply a great guy to do business with.
