A big reminder to always get a tracking and consider insurance etc.
A beautiful zip zap rap AC2 (only 10 in this color made) was lost to USPS.
As far as @griffin in process, very responsive and communicative. Shipped swiftly. Provided a full refund while eating the loss of his throw to the mail system. 10/10 would purchase from again.
An A+ seller who deserves some love from the community

That’s a painful loss. As a seller you should always ship with insurance as it is you who will ultimately lose out if it is lost in the post.

I thought you always get up to $100 insured for free. as for tracking ive never had usps that didnt pop up on my informed delivery.
I’ve bought 100-120 yo-yo past 4 months all usps automatically poped up on my app or online via informed delivery.
Unless he sent as a letter package? Only time i didnt get tracking was from uk to us in letter package but it got here in a month.

priority covers the first $50, first class doesn’t cover anything. if you use f&f, you’ll be a$$ed out too… they won’t cover it. F&F IS STUPID!
ship FULLY INSURED every time, and keep records of what you paid for things in case USPS asks you to back it up…

USPS provides up to $50 free Insurance. Tracking is normally provided but I’ve had instances where the worker didn’t know why tracking wasn’t offered on it etc.
Griffin didn’t buy insurance but I don’t blame him I probably wouldn’t have either prior to this transaction and now I simply will every time.
He shipped it in a first priority box

ONLY Priority covers $50, NOT First Class… that is a very important distinction… if you ship First Class Int’l however, I believe your covered up to $200

it’s quite easy honestly… make a database, and you already have your paypal records… if parties provide good descriptions in paypal
i mention this because it came up recently with usps insurance claim with a friend if mine… as far as they are concerned, it could be a $1 petrified dog turd you sent in the box.
i’ve moved about 500 throws in the past year, and have records on all of them. once you get started, it’s really easy to maintain

i studied civil/environmental, which eventually evolved into highway engineering/construction project management. i’ve tackled everything from small commercial sewage designs, to municipal drinking water 20-yr master plans, hazardous waste management and mitigation, highway widening, bridge rehab, sink holes, drainage design… some other stuff…

It definitely is. At one point I had all my stuff cataloged in Discogs but then I moved and my record collection got split between my parents place and my apartment and I just haven’t kept up with it.

Simply always using PayPal with memo notes is the same thing and super easy that even i do it
