So… A few weeks ago JD posted up about trying to raise some money to help finance his personal Grail yo-yo. I checked out what he was selling in immediately realized I never got a gnome yo-yo I’ve heard nothing good about the yo-yo and certainly, personally like that particular color way.
So I decided why not help out a brother and at the same time get a cool yo-yo it’s already been preapproved, but just about everybody that bought one.
So I contacted him and he got right back. I know some people can’t get right back because they might only go on the board once a day so an immediate reply in a BST is not necessarily a miracle. But seeing how JD was a man on a mission, I’m guessing he was just visiting the board to look for messages.
Well, we talked a little bit and made the deal.
He immediately provided me with information about exactly when he was going to ship. He did exactly what he said and sent me an image of the box with the click and ship label.
The very next day I got the USPS mail is on the way message.
He contacted me a few times to make sure I was up on the latest information.
Three or four days later, my mailman handed me the box. The box was a good solid little box without a dent in it and perfectly taped. The yo-yo and original goodies that came with it were well packed in the box.
The condition of the yo-yo was just as he described it and he provided a new string and the yo-yo didn’t smell like an ashtray, lol
He followed up on the deal by asking me if I was happy with a yo-yo or if there was any problems whatsoever?
I got a sneaking feeling that there are no problems when you make a deal with JD. He absolutely wanted to make sure that everything went smooth as it should in any type of BST deal.
I would not hesitate making another deal with JD in the future. At least from my experience, I would give him a most excellent rating.
