So this proto was not the best, but after a while of studying it…i _think_ i fixed the issue it was having. The rim weight was too far to the outer rims and it was scooped out to much near the mid-mass, while playable and good, it wasn’t stable enough and could get thrown off-kilter relatively easily and did not demand the spin power I wanted. The next prototype/ mock up moves the weight closer towards the mid section, and redirect the design for a D-bearing. So as i did with the Corvus, I want each colorway to have relation to the bird, so the thematic im building is something like this Silver and Red - winter Silver and brown acid - summer Green / yellow - leafs purple, pink and silver - berries! Im totally all ears for other ideas too! ---

Very excited to see the changes! Is the yoyo the same weight, but the weight is redistributed to the rims? Can you tell the differences visually between proto 1 and proto 2? ---

Its the same weight with the area of mass adjusted to the mid section rather than on the very edge. That minor change helped a great deal with stability, no more vibing off of a poopy throw (which im sure @AudreySickburn could tell ya from the first proto :joy:) The only real visual difference is the inner cup/ lip placement went further in, which imo is a lot cleaner presenting. ---
