Portabella and swiss with caramelized onions is probably my favorite. Second being a breakfast burger. All the the normal fixin’s with bacon and a fried egg on it. I dont mess with double patties.

If by culinary training you mean I’ve had to cook meals for me and my family for 10 years or so, then yes.
I like to eat tasty food, why not make tasty food?

You have very good taste, I was a chef at Opryland Hotel and that sounds like a burger we would serve at the Jack Daniels pub.
