Either way you could make the weight work with some side effects. .8 of a gram is probably enough to affect feel, but I’m not sure.

It’s noticeable, but it shouldn’t change your overall perception of the yoyo.

You will definitely notice the difference if you play with them back to back, but if you lost your first one and are replacing it with a slightly heavier nickel plated benchmark then you may not even notice the difference. Although if it feels too heavy you can always swap out the side effects for some ultra-lights and that should compensate the weight difference fairly well.

Put some ULs on it and it’ll only be .1 gram heavier
