I just got my dv888 (red its awesome), is there any way to make the bearing any better?

Do you mean to make it better? If it’s a high quality bearing, why do you need to make it better? If the yo-yo is responsive, or is really loud, lube it. If not, there really isn’t any reason to. And what do you mean by “just out of stock” ? Give it some time to break in.
