ive had problems with my duncan diabolo the turn knobs breaking,brearing freezing up ,and hand sticks breaking  
i email duncan and they replace the parts and with fast shipping too anyways they have an a++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ costumer service thanks for everthing duncan

I replaced my Metal Zero like this also, but currently I am trying to get my other Metal Zero replaced and they will not email me back! \>:(
