I finally wrote to Lucky, and confirmed this is a different yo-yo altogether that he does not have covered in his book.
Furthermore, I located a Great America park site that shows a pictured group of 4! : [Souvenirs and promotional items - Marriott's GREAT AMERICA yo-yos - GREATAMERICAparks.com](http://www.greatamericaparks.com/images/displayimage.php?album=174&pid=1753#top_display_media)
Quote from picture description: “These were distributed as promotional items for the Duncan YO-YOlympics at Marriott’s GREAT AMERICA”

I’m glad I finally got the answers I was seeking, but now I still have 2 more from the collection to hunt down :-\
