I am quite suspicious. The guy has 0 feedback, 0 posts, and has been on yye for 1 hr and 45 minutes. Is he maybe an old member with a new account. He says that he is willing to pay $100 for my yoyo so He must not be new to yoyoing. Mods? Do you know if he had a different account or anything?

Let him pay and after cleared payment ship. It is a sale low risk in my opinion. Just follow correct procedures.
