# Do you remove strings

I have hit myself a lot as well lol. I wear glasses too but hopefully I never break them. Although the more I’ve learned the more my reflexes grow as well as the little moments where it just feels like I’m about to get hit so I can avoid taking those actions. Like bad binds tend to make the yoyo jump back at me if I throw to the side first before rebinding it lol.

Another reason I keep strings on my throws;

I tend to tune the response I want with string. Some have thick, others thin, medium, Cotton, Poly, Nylon blends. I do not have 1 string that “Works” on all throws. So I find the string I like with that throw and stay with it.
