Quick question do pro players _if they have a signature yoyo_ compete with their signature yoyo or do some feel that maybe other yoyos may be better to compete with just curious ---

They would compete with their signature yoyo if they have one. The point of a signature yoyo is a yoyo that is tailor made to the player’s specific preferences and play style, so if they don’t use the yoyo that is made for them, I don’t know what other yoyo they would use. ---

Equally as much so, it’s probably encouraged by the brand they’re sponsored by too. I’m sure there are numerous instances tho of a sponsored player with a signature model that has used a different yoyo. ---

I believe they also get a certain amount back for each signature purchased so it would make sense they want to compete with it to give it more recognition. ---

We have produced signature designs for players of yoyos they liked but didn’t necessarily want to compete with. No hard rules ---
