# Do FHZ caps fit Nextgen freehandal?

As the title asks, I’m just wondering if the fhz caps fit the Nextgen freehandal and vice versa?

The next generation caps have a cylindrical centerpiece on the underside of the caps. I cut them off and put the caps on FH pro. They amplified the sound of the yoyo as compared to the OG caps, but otherwise played fine.  
I realize that you requested “if it fit FHZ” but I hope this somewhat helps.  
If anything, the FH pro and FH next generation have the same size caps. You can put the weight rings in both models.

I own a Nextgen and fhz that I want to make the swap with but didn’t want to attempt it and risk damaging them needlessly.

I only committed to mutilation of the next generation caps because I never intended to put them back on.

You should be able to pop the caps off and see if they fit w/o damaging them or the yoyo.
