it was like this out of the box before i took it a part sorry

Once this happened and I used a vice. Just be careful not to mess up the plastic.This may not be the best method, but it may work. If it doesn’t, take it to someone who would know. 🙂

“Can’t be taken apart” meaning it won’t turn at all when you try to unscrew it, or it just spins and never unscrews?

If it’s the first issue then the previous advice is correct - find someone stronger or try unscrewing it using rubber gloves to get more grip. If it’s the second issue then the hub may be stripped, although I’ve never heard of that happening to a diffusion.
