When designing a yoyo how do you design the bearing seat. for my design I would like it to have side effects

Side effects == bearing seat. Also, you’d be doing copyright infringement because that’s stealing a patented technology. Unless you get permission.

not to sell just to have a custom yoyo I think that how copyright works

but if it is Don’t tell me I do not want to do anything against the company I just wanted to buy their part to put in the yoyo I design not for commercial use but I don’t know that much about copyright

Unless you market your design, you’re good to go.
