# DARK MAGIC II HELP!

My ball bearing in the yoyo is not spinning anymore. How do I remove the bearing, it is very hard to get out.

Yup. You can use something that can fit inside the bearing to wiggle it out or gently use pliers.
It also wouldn’t be a bad idea to buy a bearing removal tool.

A YYF multitool is a great investment… But waiting for it to arrive will be a pain. In the mean time, Take a small (yet durable) cloth of some sort and wrap it around the bearing. Then grip the bearing with some pliers and start to gently wiggle. It will eventually loosen up and pop out. Without the cloth the bearing might get damaged.

I actually have a ton of trouble getting bearings out with a YYF multitool. The post isn’t long enough. I have much better luck with the X-Cube bearing removal tool. And if you like ILYY, one end of the tool is narrower so it fits in those metric bearings.
