I think I’m going to string all my holsters on a ribbon and wear them like a bandolier to Nationals and sell/trade/give them away.

About two hours on average now. Stitching takes the most time. About an hour of prep, cutting and molding, another hour sewing.

Mr. Rob,
As part of the prep work; Lightly sand the Hide side of the leather to smooth it out.
This would give you a smoother inside of the holster.
Usually a pretty quick step prior to getting the leather wet to cut and shape.
Depending on the grit of sand paper you use, you can get almost a light swede feeling if you want.
You’ve really stepped up your Burnishing game.

Thank you. I was trying to use a dremel for burnishing but I decided to make my own hand burnishing tool on the lathe and it works better.

I would love one of these that was more of a universal size that I could use for an edc. An idea I’ve had for attachment though is to have it attach sort of like an old sword frog where it is suspended between two points. I’ll be at Nats too and would love to chat about these!
