Nice vid. I tried a few more on the 5x5x5 blind and once again got two twisted corners on one of them.

I know. Btw, if you’re having trouble memorizing, I just morph the letters into made up words on 2x2x2s and 3x3x3s. I still remember my letters from last night. tumhapwdsihkqpvc (first part of centers) hlvsbnugdpcksmaewjx (there was another letter in there but I forget what) acupbwitlgxmnk, whatever. i did remember

Did it!!! Here was my memorization: ojxigpubwlvkensam parity (edge centers), nducksgaobxhwesitvfl (corner centers), bqpcadhtxurwjsgfgmviolnm (wings), ugnfiwhsjox parity (middle wings), and dthbxg (corners). Next step, 6x6x6. Oh, btw, it took me about 5 to 6 hours on and off to play a game of risk and to eat dinner.

Thanks. I’m going to try a written out 6x6x6 blind today. I think I’ll do a 4x4x4 blind on camera also.

I tried and then realized that my camera can only film 8:24 at a time. It takes me a lot longer than that. And I also don’t have a blindfold so I either close my eyes or put it under a table. I don’t really know how to properly film that. I’ll try to think of something though.

I’m still going to try 4x4x4 blind. I just have to make a few compromises like doing two takes and not filming memorization. I think I’ll do some 3x3x3 regular solves too. How many are you supposed to take for an average? 5?

Very nice solves! I recommend however to speed up l6e by learning to do double flick m slices and possibly double flick U2. You have really nice tps though.

Coincidence you should mention the speeding up of m2s, because I just started practicing that. I don’t know how to do u2s though, because it seems a little awkward to use my middle finger (or any finger) for the second U

U2s are weird to get used to, and you don’t really need them right now, but you will want to in the future, and so it’s better to learn now.
