# Cross arm green triangle thing

so i was practicing a trick where i hop from a double or nothing to a cross arm trapeze. something happened, i don’t know if i missed something but i landed into this green triangle thing, but my arms were crossed. cross arm green triangle maybe? has this ever happened to anyone before?

I often hit green tangles accidently in all kinds of tricks. The recipe for one is quite simple: if you have some twists within a trick you are doing and land on the wrong string you can often get a GT if you drop your other fingers out on your NTH.

Yes. I seem to have been hitting it more now that i have a basic idea of what makes a green triangle. Thanks for the help!
