I don’t think the monometal fans will ever be beaten. In a week or two I will end the polls and put up more specific ones. For example: Do you want a response bump? What are some things like this it would be good to vote on? ---

It’s all tied up with the materials and the organic fans have lengthened their lead! Any suggestions for more specific polls such as: Should it be rim weighted, or, Should there be a flat hub or an axle nub? ---

Hubstacks might be a cool option to add. It’s looking like a C-bearing Gnome Trooper with 7075 in place of '68 at the moment. I’ve never tried one, but that looks like an awesome throw. ---

Can someone explain what a shmoove groove is? I know it is like a little indent near the bearing seat but I am not sure what the purpose is. Also if you haven’t voted yet, feel free to do so! ---

I’ve never used a yoyo with schmooves, but it seems like the idea is have a high-walled design/look with reduced friction.
