in the package 54 does it come out extra side effects? And what do you generally know about 54 ?😄 ---

I have a 54, and it did not come with extra side effects. It came stock with the spike ones. It is not my favorite to use, as I am not personally a fan of O shapes, but it does make it comfortable to throw. I would also say it is a little on the smaller side. ---
