I have played both I preferred the article circle but I felt like the summit had a better feel.The summit was disigned by clyw and one drop so it feels like a mix

I like them both for different reasons. The summit because you can change out the side effects and it fits my hand nicely but then the Arctic circle because it also fits my hand nicely and is one of the lighter feeling and playing CLYW yoyos in my opinion.
But I don’t think you can go wrong with either choice I think summits can be had a little cheaper in a wider variety of colors.
I own and play both.
