Hey, I was wondering if you could tell me what its called any maybe how to change a 2010 freehands bearing to a large bearing? Thanks! ---

It’s called changing the bearing size. Actually it depends on how it’s done. If you are using crucial spr’s then you are spr-ing it. If you are just changing the size of the bearing with no spr’s then yeah… ---

how do I do it? I dont want to do a SPR, I just want to make it a large bearing, is there any mods that I can use so I dont need spacers? ---

You can use a YYF large bearing with spacers like in a Protostar and Silicone Recess or SPR
