# Carbon bearing

I am having real trouble getting it off  
i tried putting it in the frezzer for 10 min. then using plyers and it wont come off  
i also did this 3 times

don’t leave it in the freezer for so long.&nbsp; Put it in their for 1 min at a time.&nbsp; If you leave it in the freezer for long enough, that the steel gets cold and reacts it will just tighten it self back down.&nbsp;  
If one min doesn’t work then do another min.&nbsp; keep doing that till it comes free.&nbsp;
