# Can anybody explain this john ando trick?

I can’t quite follow what this guy is doing, specifically the spin move after the back trapeze (0:42-0:52). Or can anyone point me to a better tut. Not that this one is bad, I’m just not good enough to easily follow other people’s tricks and learn them. Thanks all!
