I just bought an Outlier 2 from @TimothyD and it came exactly as described: MIB. The yoyo was packaged very well, and Timothy answered any and all questions that I had about the shipping and quality of the yoyo. He also provided me with a tracking number for the package. I would recommend buying/trading with Timothy, as I know I will be in the future.

TimothyD was easy to work with . Everyrthing came in quick and packed well
