Its a tough economy. Money is hard to come by especially when it comes to purchasing online. Now, I was recommended the Hitman in a separate post, but I cant afford it at the moment (had to use most of it for HS graduation stuff ) So, I consider myself Advanced 1.5 , and was thinking of getting a speed maker instead of the kickside until I can afford a hitman. (SM due to it’s speed, mostly), and my friends has already ordered a KickSide.Then I would add shims to make it unresponsive. Is this a good choice?

You wouldn’t even need the shims, but sure. You can develop your throw to the point that you don’t even need anything else to do all your tricks. Heck, 99% of the time I throw I use plastics.
