# Broken Yomega Raider moddable?

Hey all,
I have a Raider that seems to be stripped inside the yoyo half (meaning the plastic was weak where the nut rests that threads into the axle). Sadly I bought it new like this some time ago as I was hoping to mod it to a decent looping yoyo. Does anyone have insight regarding getting it unscrewed? I tried pressure, squeezing the halves together to potentially catch the nut and twist it apart but no luck. If not unscrewed, would anyone be interested in fixing it??

Sadly the plastic around the nuts probably cracked. You could try to carefully remove the caps which are sonic welded so you’ll have to carefully do it and might not have cakes in the end.
Once it’s open you can put a bit of superglue on the plastic that holds the nut assuming it’s not entirely broken.
All in all it’s not worth the shipping to send off to get repaired as raiders can be purchased fairly cheap still
