I can do the trick. Just have no idea how to get out of it with ease haha.  
Any suggestions or videos you guys think may help?

pop out the front of the green triangle like thing. like pop the yoyo out away from yourself.

Instead of pooping the yoyo up and out try pulling the string down and towards you. I’m not sure if that was clear but this helped me when I learned it. I’m assuming that the gt is very small and the yoyo hits there top string when you try to get it out.
