Guys, i am having a lot of trouble with this one. \>:( i just cant seem to land it, i have the motion i just think i might not be hitting the right string wit my finger

Only hit the back string with your freehand. Do not hit both strings, just the back one. Then, while the loop is coming around, bring your throwhand forward. It may be hard at first, but its really easy once you get the action down.
