# Brent Stole Help

The string is twisted around my non throwhand index like its suposed to be but i keep landing in an odd trappeze

if i pull it down then pop it on that string than yes

I just fixed my problem. I had the same dilemma as you but what I do now is as soon as I pop, I twist my nonthrowhand to the direction where it would untwist the string. Does that help?
