# BREAKAWAY?!

Okay, I can do like all of the tricks with breakaway, but this is really bugging me. When I throw a breakaway, and then I try to bind it, it doesn’t snap back, I have to like throw the string into the yoyo, and then there’s a bunch of string that isn’t wrapped around the yoyo. When I throw a sleeper or even a reverse breakaway it binds perfectly. Is this a common problem, or do I just need a lot of work on my breakaway?

sounds like you’re binding the wrong way. you need to do an undermount bind not a trapese bind.

i can tell you why its because when you throw a breakaway the yoyo is spinning the opposite way of a sleeper
