Looks like a bump to me. Haven’t seen one in person so I can’t say for sure though ---

I think it’s a dimple, there’s a shadow all around it like a ring, I think if it were a raised bump part of it would be lit up or the shadow would be different at least ---

Im on team nipple! Im going by this alt picture.
